Be-Royal strives to only sell high-quality products. All of our products originate in one factory so we can oversee the products from start to finish. All of our pieces will go through quality control before they are sent off. This ensures the merchandise will be as described and in excellent condition.
All of our diamonds merchandise comes with an original certificate for the items that contain diamonds and stones. Some items may come with an international certificate depends on the rock size and type you order.
International precious stones related products do not offer return or repair service because of the complex logistics issues that involved shipping high-quality jewelry. Most of our products, however, can be easily resized and handled by a local jeweler near you, for repairs if necessary.
DHL Express usually takes 7-10 days to arrive at the shipping address. The shipping status will be emailed to you once we have it. This email will contain a shipping number and tracking information that can be viewed once it is entered into the mailing system. Feel free to check back often to keep updated on the status of your shipment.
All of our items are guaranteed as described on the website. The stones and metal have passed quality control along with the finished item. Stones and diamonds will vary from the photo shown slightly, as they are naturally occurring and no two are alike. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase on the website and place them in the online shopping cart, you will be prompted at check-out to enter in your billing, shipping, and contact information including payment details using your credit card, debit card, or Paypal. On this page there is also a box to enter in a discount or promo code located on the bottom if this is applicable. Once the transaction has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation page followed by an email confirmation with your order number to reference.
Yes! We ship our merchandise internationally using the delivery carrier DHL Express. Should any issue arise from your delivery request, we will notify you promptly before we ship. In cases where we are unable to ship to your specified location, we will issue you a refund for purchases made.
